Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2026
These terms apply whenever you use AceMark. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If you don't agree, that's fine — just don't use the platform.
What AceMark is, and what it isn't
AceMark is an independent practice-test platform. We build study materials and mock exams for a range of certifications, competitive exams, language tests, and driving tests across several countries. We are not affiliated with any government body, official testing authority, university, or recognised tutoring institution. Practice questions on AceMark are written for study purposes — they're modelled on the real exam, but they are not the real exam, and there is no guarantee that practising on AceMark means you'll pass the real test.
Some exams on AceMark are auto-generated using AI, with human-driven validation and safety checks. These are labelled Beta. They may contain errors. Always verify critical facts with the official syllabus source before relying on them.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for keeping that Google account secure. If you suspect someone else has accessed your AceMark account, change your Google password and email security@acemark.app — we'll help.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (16 in the EU/EEA and certain other jurisdictions). If you're younger, we won't knowingly serve you.
What you can do
Use AceMark for personal, non-commercial study. Take as many mock tests as you like. Bookmark, screenshot, and share what you learn for personal study purposes.
What you can't do
- Scrape or bulk-download our question bank
- Resell or rebrand our content as your own practice product
- Try to circumvent rate limits, security headers, or other anti-abuse measures
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm anyone — including via the feedback or contact forms
- Submit illegal, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content anywhere on the site
- Reverse-engineer the AI auto-generation pipeline for purposes of building a competing service
Content you submit
When you submit feedback, a contact-form message, or any other user-generated content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for the purposes of running and improving AceMark. You don't transfer ownership — it's still yours. We just need the right to read it and act on it.
Don't submit content you don't own or have permission to share.
Affiliate links and ads
AceMark is free. We pay for it through Google AdSense and Amazon Associates affiliate links. If you click an Amazon link and buy something, Amazon may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. We try to only link to books and tools that are genuinely useful for the exam in question.
Disclaimers
No guarantee of accuracy. We aim for high quality but content may contain errors. Beta (auto-generated) exams are more likely to. Use scores as guidance only — passing on AceMark is not a guarantee of passing the real exam.
No professional advice. Nothing on AceMark is legal, financial, medical, or career advice. If your decision materially depends on what you read here, consult a qualified professional.
Third-party content. We link out to official sources, books on Amazon, and other resources. We're not responsible for what's on those external pages.
Liability
AceMark is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including (but not limited to) failing an exam, missing a deadline, or relying on incorrect content. If you live in a jurisdiction that doesn't allow that limitation, the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted there instead.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can close your own account at any time at acemark.app/data-request.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, if you're signed in, show a notice the next time you visit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, your local consumer-protection laws still apply.
