Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with AceMark. If you're not, we'll give your money back — this policy explains exactly how.

14-day money-back guarantee

Your first subscription purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of the purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Renewals

Renewal charges are refundable within 14 days of the date you were billed. After that window a renewal is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges (see below).

How to request a refund

There are two ways, whichever you prefer:

  • Email hello@acemark.app with the email address you used to subscribe — we'll take care of it.
  • Request it through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing for AceMark and appears as “ACEMARK” on your card or bank statement. Your Paddle receipt email includes a link to manage or refund your order.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the money to appear.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account or via the Paddle link in your receipt. Cancelling stops all future billing. It is not the same as a refund: you keep full access to your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're not charged again.

Free tier

AceMark's core practice platform is free. There's nothing to refund on the free tier — this policy applies only to paid subscriptions.
